At this point, the areas with corrupt police are probably getting a cut somehow, and they probably live in those areas. And I say probably because I can't do anything other than alledge it. The same laws that might apply to me and you don't apply to what these people consider their job, even if anybody with a brain can see that it's wrong, it's available work... which is why scammers are typically the stupid angry psychopathic and machalivellian types. They should be convicted, and they should have no rights to privacy. You are correct, if they are convicted, but the point is that they should not have a right to privately scam people who worked hard their entire lives for money. It is thevery, and we, the people being stolen from, have no problem disregarding their "rights" to privacy, under no conviction other than that of their words and actions.

But they are still human beings and they inherently deserve to live. Because once we make the distinction of whom we do and whom we do not grant human rights (yes even in a throwaway comment on youtube) we're opening the door to even more dehumanisation, we're normalising it. And I'm sure your intentions were completely different and I wouldn't want to suggest that you actively want to dehumanise people but it would be great if we could avoid dehumanisations.

These scammers think it's fun and games stealing money from people. When people on KZbin expose them, they try to take the videos down and play victim. Salute to the scambaiters for not letting these scammers win over 1 takedown request from KZbin. KZbin should understand that if Indian police won't do anything about this, the whole world will eventually fight back and take down these scoundrels.

I retired recently and have been enjoying asking this surge in phone scammers to "wait a moment while I find my credit card", then set the receiver next to the radio playing country music.... until they hang up. It is a little ironic when a scammer like this is given direct access to your computer, and then they go on about "hackers getting into your connection". You're already allowing someone suspicious into your files and everything. They could potentially do more than just show IP addresses from the computer terminal, maybe even install malware instead of just an empty firewall and force you to go to actual IT. Think some might even direct you to pay in gift cards, where you're really vulnerable while your computer's unattended for 30+ minutes as you're shopping. I don't even know if there's actual companies that do that sort of thing.

I partly agree that allowing criminals to have the same rights as a person who does not commit a crime is morally unjustified such as robbing people with dementia who are gullible in their plots. The ruling to allow these scammers who have not been convicted under their law to proceed without even minimal justice being served, and to punish those who oppose these scammers makes it seem as if this platform would rather fraternize with thieves than allow the platform to be an outlet for passionate creators, In this case, who expose the scammers. Unfortunately KZbin is a company entity, not a person. I still believe it was wrong to remove your original video. These scammers deserve hell.

Google will not do anything because it makes them money. A 2 trillion dollar company can afford to hire people to moderate this. Same goes for KZbin, they keep putting scam ads on their platform and the only time they'll remove it is when it gets enough traction and earns them money. The only solution I see is news laws and policies introduced by the government that cracks down on online platforms that purposely house these scams.
