Please Do Not Use US Bank!

You have to check your accounts regularly. I have US Bank and they have been very very good to me. Customers service, online banking, physical banking has been far superior to any other bank. Multiple businesses as well I know have it with no issues.

That was awful, but don't ever pay a minimum payment even if they got it wrong. At least if you pay the full balance, you do not run the risk of them not reimbursing you for the charged interest.

When you say "that was awful", you mean what happened in the video. Not the video itself right? So I always do pay more than the minimum but in this case I knew that I'd have to keep using the card so I'd rather not put all $84 on it.

Just saw the whole video since I just opened a credit card with them for a balance transfer that I did. Now i'm wondering if I have an impeding doom waiting to happen...Lol I'm hoping all goes well

My only advice is obviously triple check every single transaction and don't give them any opportunities.
