I have been using the Morphy Richards Europa as displayed on your video since Sep’20. I completely agree that initially it gave me a nice experience however it was until I learnt about a 15 bar pressure expresso machine. This is completely a level up or should I say the minimum benchmark. Nevertheless, it comes with experience and I have learnt it well. Your video will help the people who are going to buy a new one. I don't know if you are right, these 3,5-5 bar machines shouldn't be compared with Espresso machines, but rather to Mokka pots like the Bialetti Mokka pots. And a espresso machine uses between 8-10 bars for optimala extraction and not 20 bars as some think that is good, which it's not! Anyway great video, keep up the good work!

You are misleading people here a lot. You mainly need 8-9 bars of pressure to make a good cup of espresso which is not over-extracted.. the temperature regulation and the way water is delivered into the portafilters of these machines is what governs the taste of the end product. @@Tech-KZbin i have worked as a Barista in London for 2 years I feel I know a little more about these things. For more information on purchasing these machines for a business I recommend you and others to watch James Hoffman's channel who knows about these things more than us and has more experience using all the different kinds of coffee machines from espresso makers, aeropress, moka pots, pour overs and many more. You didn't even mention that grind size is what helps you get the most optimal pressure for getting a good cup of espresso and that the actual machine. Even the high end manual espresso machines like the flair 58 have a 12bar limit coz realistically you do not need more that 9 bars. Anything above it and you are bound to either over-extract or completely break the portafilter. I repeat, please do not spread misinformation and if you don't have knowledge about things like these then guide people to where they can get this information

@@Tech-KZbin more pressure doesn't mean more taste. Infact if you use more pressure on a darker roasted coffee you'll probably get a weirdly bitter tasting muddy coffee. Cremá is not a product of only pressure it's a product of good extraction of lipids from the coffee and that is completely depended on grain size, time of extraction and quality of coffee. Pressure is not a part of it. Your water flow argument sounds very misleading too as waterflow is depended on your grind size and your pre infusion about which you did not guide the people in any way. In general you clearly have less than half the information, your channel talks nothing about coffee anywhere else and probably is followed by people who'll never care about actually buying a good espresso maker. The extra emojis on your comment don't seem to help your case either. Please pin a comment on the video stating people should do their own research and that your arguments in this videos are subjective and not necessarily correct. Help yourself
