Please help me fix my forklift

Tilt the upright back, put a block of wood under rails. Tilt the mask forward to get the front tires off the ground before it runs you over. Get a volt meter. Test don't guess. Start with the fuses. Is it a TW25? 12 year Clark fork lift mechanic.

Awesome thank you for taking the time to share your knowledge 🙏 ok so if i put the forks back on then tilt them down it should have enough power to lift the front off the ground? For the fuses is there just the 3 small ones? and will it being rusty connection points be a potential problem? Do you think i should start by replacing those small wires that are rotted out and potentially shorting it out? i have a multi meter just dont really know where to start. and yes its a 1978 tw25B

Put the blocks of wood under the mast after tilting it all the way back then tilt it forward to get the tires off the ground. Ck battery voltage. And electric forklifts componets are not grounded to the frame everything has its own neutral wire.
