Beautiful cover! Although this feels very inspired by the cover by "Beatrice Florea - Singer", from May 2022. I wish she was given an acknowledgement on this one.

Beatrice Florea is a good singer but there is no way she could have inspired Missioned Souls for this song. This song was originally sang by the Marvelettes in 1961. The Beatles did a cover of this song in 1963, and then the Carpenters also made a cover in 1975. Many others did a cover after that. Missioned Souls is a band, and so when they make a cover, they want it as close as possible to the first version of what they want to make, especially the instrumentations. The Carpenters' version is different from the original and from the Beatles'. That is why it is specifically stated in the description that this is the Carpenters version.

I just found your vlog. I used to play guitar in a band when I was a teenager, we played that song and I've got to say, we thought we were pretty good.
