Thanks Clive, yeah, I sometimes wonder why people treat their stuff so badly and then complain when it's busted. Oh well I'm keeping Locktight in business lol. I'm still waiting to fix and get paid from Dr Barry's black Transformer that he was supposed to bring back last November 🤦‍♂️ I can't wait to do that video 🤣 Party steamers and band playing when he brings it back in. Anyway, stay busy my friend and let me know if the Shoprider brake the problem. 👍

You know what my friend, I've had the same scooter in my store as a demo for over five years and its done numerus demos and it's working just fine. So... that would lead me to believe that it's user error lol I thought it would be funny to show how my big mouth can get me in trouble lol "You don't see many of these come in for repair🤦‍♂️ " lol Have a great weekend my friend 👍👍

Hi any help on the solax flippy seat have used 2 hex spanners to tighten 1 to the other but after a while comes loose again

Try tightening them up again but use lock-tight on the thread see if that helps. Let it dry before moving the seat back. Hope this helps?

Heartway S19s are superior. 8 year old and still rocking with battery replacement.

The pride S19 are great scooters, not for everyone but I hardly ever see them in for major repair. Shame Pride discontinued it.
