To make the Mandarin Pie:
* Form diameter 20 cm
Eggs - 3 pcs.
Sugar - 90 g
Vanilla sugar - 10 g
Butter - 80 g
Flour - 120 g
Baking powder - 1 tsp
Salt - a pinch
Tangerines - 5-6 pcs.
1. Beat 3 eggs with sugar, vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt for 3-5 minutes.
2. Add melted butter.
3. Mix flour with baking powder. Add to dough.
4. Cut the tangerines in half, remove the seeds if necessary.
5. Line the bottom of the mold with parchment, grease the walls with butter, sprinkle with flour.
6. Put the tangerines on the bottom of the mold. Pour out the dough.
7. Bake 35-45 minutes at 180°C (360°F).
