Main nutrients in the juice are not absorbed due to caffeine… you need to improve your eating habits.. coffee.. chinese .. bread.. msg containing food.. omg! Its high time.. i literally left having tea and coffee before planning for pregnancy… didn’t have single chinese item in my whole pregnancy.. the sauces used in burgers are also very bad.. you will gain lot of weight and can cause complications in pregnancy… Please do understand we are not your enemies!!!
