Hi All. Trying to get this amazing sequenced bass line under my fingers from the 1980’s a great song. It is a long song and hard to play right.
Welcome to the Pleasuredome is the debut studio album by Frankie Goes to Hollywood, Produced by Trevor horn
I would love to totally redo this track from scratch myself one day.
Just trying to get it. The life long journey never ends. I’m not into editing music takes I like to play them from start to finish.

Enjoyed the vid. Great performance. Looking at live performances of Mark he really is excellent. I remember when there was a massive media frisson here in the UK about Frankie in 1984. Trevor's production was epic. I love it when pop music references the high-brow: in this case Samuel Taylor Colleridge's epic poem Kubla Khan. Cheers!

Great bass work….. Can’t help but feel the reasons for such great bass lines on the FGH tracks is Trevor Horn. Would love you do do a cover of Grace Jones, Slave to the rhythm. Watched Trevor’s Horn’s live version of this and realised how great a bass player he is.

It's a great fun bass line to play. A lot more practice for me to get anywhere close to those master musicians.
