They’re extremely hardworking and seeing that they put this bonus track just for us is amazing. Joshua really surprised me with this track cause his voice has always been very soft, but this track really gave a whole different side. This song has been on repeat for me since this performance. Vernon looks so effortlessly comfortable in this genre and his voice is ::chefs kiss::. Shua has such a beautiful voice in Seventeen but thrilled to see this tonal quality of his voice a bit more aggressive. They sound so good together in this. I love Seventeen and not being able to understand Korean has not kept me from loving them. This was a treat to us Western fans. When i first listened to 2 Minus 1 during the highlight medley, I was so excited. Not only this is my fav genre, it also reminds me of Avril Lavigne songs that I used to listen to during school. As international Carat, getting an english track from Seventeen is super exciting. I can sing along just after listening to it for the first time because it's in english. Normally it takes a lot of effort for me to sing along to their songs because I'm not korean speaker. I really hope they can come out with english songs again in the future. But nevertheless, will always supporting their music.

This song is my favorite track on Attacca because it really gives us each a look at a new style of voice from each of them. The deeper power Shua gives and the softer smooth parts from Vernonie are really so crisp that it gives me such a deeper appreciation for their dueting. ROCKET was fun, and a great song, but it was more "in the box" for them. 2-1 is a gift, thank you for it.
