I think there is no necessity of providing brickwork in the bottom of the internal plinth beam, there should be in outer walls.

Sir namaste🙏sir,,ghar k sirf bahar foundation(baundry ) k wall ,HM 40 mm aggregate se Kar k Usk upper plinth beam denge,or aandar k wall sirf brick se Kar k Usk upper plinth beam denge,,,aaise karne se sehi Hoga k nehi? plZ give the answer ,,sir 🙏
