I have been thinking to become a doctor but it is a long process to get there. But now to be lawyer is killing me when I see or watch some great lawyers from Hague and now in our motherland Kenya on stage presenting and arguing puzzle me. It is very interesting fields anyway. I can't be a lawyer nor a doctor but I'm Software Engineer having studied Computer Science. It is difficult field also and very interesting if you master the art of algorithm. Now which field pay well. In a month, I found that doctors are in the range of ksh 1.5M to KSh 2.0M, Lawyers are in range of KSh 1.2m to 1.6M and Computer Science in range of Ksh .6M to 1.8M. But quest what, Kenya lawyers are not pocketing a lot of money but they are sacking money in Sacks.

I have been telling many people that Lumumba is not that of a bright person they wanted him to be. He is below a brilliant person. His level of reasoning about affidavit does show the level of a well educated man. Provability, for example, is not about throwing words like right triangle rule here and there. Proof can be by induction or direct. May be PLO Lumumba came to the court to waste the court's time. For forensic epistemology is missing in the words of this Lumumba. It is sad, very sad indeed.

As usual, what a bunch of bombastic hot air by PLO Lumumba! How does he characterize a simple linear formula as pythagoras theorem? Was he trying to sound sophisticated and more learned to bamboozle the general lay person whose only concern is to see that justice is done? Clearly, his clients the IEBC have been caught red handed with their pants down and cannot free themselves both legally and morally from the quagmire they have created and subjected themselves to. PLO's summary could have been done more efficiently in 30 seconds because he had absolutely nothing to say to defend his clients' guilt of massive election rigging instead of his unnecessary exhibition of flamboyance to this tragic chapter of Kenya's history.
