Y' a tous les "experts" en dessous qui critiquent. Les gros jaloux . Moi je trouve ça génial ! Et quelle décontraction ! Parceque quand je plonge c'est d'hab bien crispé en compensant tant bien que (surtout) mal, au fonds jme les gèles et je remonte à fonds au bout de 2 sec 😂 bravo !

I used to cave dive and these are a few of my observations: This is an extremely stupid & very dangerous thing to do. 1. doing it on a freediving basis, 2. using completely inappropriate fins which kicked up all the sediment and reduced the visibility to 0 although the person filming just managed to keep out of it, 3. using a reel and line but not tying it off along the way - what a great way for anyone following to get tangled up in it. I could go on ...

I am not a cave diver. I am just a recreational person that visits dry cave passages. I hope you live to tell many such stories. I wish you the best. It is just my opinion, but this activities primary purpose is just to set records, and does not seem to have any benefit to the science of the study of caves. I will try to keep an open mind, and say that it shows a caver that they can survive underwater a long time if they stay calm and don't panic. But the impact of holding one's breath would appear to eventually deprive of the brain and other organs of oxygen. I would recommend you always use the best flashlights money can buy, and have at least a dim backup of some kind, so you can see the dive-line. I imagine you have worked out a worst case scenario with your dive buddy. But what if he is the one having a meltdown ? Why not carry an emergency supply of oxygen in a pony-tank ? I have often wondered how a fetus survives in a mother's womb, and why a diving system can't be designed to emulate that. My personal opinion, is this does not look fun. It would seem that the further you push this sport, the closer you come to death. To me, that is not living. My opinion of living is watching your children and grandchildren laughing and smiling. I have way too many friends under the green grass, that died before they even lost their virginity.

Could a free-diver such as yourself enter a cave for the purpose of rescuing a scuba-diver who is in trouble ? That would be amazing. Maybe you could video a mock-rescue ? I would like to watch that.
