Plot FVCOM model mesh and bathymetry using MATLAB

We can easily plot the FVCOM 2D mesh and bathymetry using MATLAB.
You need two files: the model mesh file (.2dm) and the bathymetry file (.dep).
The only external function (by default is not available in MATLAB) is 'read_sms_mesh.m'.
