Sir, Thanks for your information. Many executives reply saying they are still awaiting RERA approval. Once RERA is approved with number they will be starting the construction. So, Marketing executives are even sending application which was sent to RERA for approval based on this application can we genuinely trust and invest in the property. Please advise

Nobody can give you assurance. It works only on blind trust. Even if they succeed in getting approvals what is the guarantee that they will finish project on scheduled time or they won't divert your money for other purposes.

Hai sir,iam plan to buy a plot in vinis grand city venture situated in Hanmapur village near buvanahiri, serve no: 78,82,86,they give HMDA approval copy but rera approval not yet given ,I paid token amount 11000/-. In buvanagiri master plan it shows peri urban zone ,can I proceed to buy or stop,sir just I want know your opinion sir
