Plot Screen Everything

Screening can be great way to increase daylight deer activity on your property. They can make that food plot a more secure location or screening your access to and from a stand. Highly recommend using screening to increase success.

Why not just plant a thick switchgrass screen 8-10 lb acre? I planted some along my gravel road between house an it, works great plant once, done.

Here it takes 3 plus years to get to height. But with that said, I’ve use switch grass many times when I’m more patient. Haha

@camofamilyoutdoors RC switch some have had it grow 7' in one season. I use it and it does grow faster than other varieties

@ cool, cave n rock is what I’ve tried. But we get pretty hot and dry in the summers so it makes it tougher growing. Well fast anyway

.great video..i started using that seed for a screen..do a follow up video once it's matured..splitting the food plots is a must ..besides the bucks having to come out to see whats in em..keeps doe family groups happier..where you've got food/cover you've got does..during hunting season ,you've got does ,you'll have bucks

what setting did you use on your hand seeder to spread the plot screen at the correct rate?

I seeded it on the 2 setting, 3 seeded a little to fast for me.

I’ve used Egyptian wheat from Frigid forage for years with good results for the most part. Probably still my go to.
