Not if we put up a stink about it because he will be wanting security and accommodation. He has no income coming in. I hope that he is forced to drop his case and pay all costs.Im sorry it does make a difference that he has destroyed evidence. He is wanting to say he didn't know about the original case so is not time bound. I don't want a prison sentence as taxpayers would have to pay. Better he is hit in his own pocket. I don't see that anyone would believe the award will make Harry a good American it's an obvious bought award. Harry does drugs that make him happy. He can't return to the UK. According to Blackbelt Barrister destroying evidence is a crime no matter who is suing. It's withholding from the Court, from the judge who needs to decide. It's quite a serious crime according to him. Someone said it's a felony in the US and the UK. It was the judge who called this on him. It's NOT harry's choice. Even if he drops the suit he'll be held in contempt and have to pay for the hundreds of hours spent going through records he tampered with. We shall see.
