I think what makes one piece the best shonen in my opinion, is the fact that a LARGE part of the lore and story is based on ancient mythology and real things that happened probably centuries before modern era, and the fact that sun god nika is based on a Caribbean liberator who was called "Joy boy, as a carribean it makes me happy to know that one of ours is being represented in such a good way

The end line talking about each of the worlds was referring to the current incarnations of Nika at the time and the God of the land who opposed Nika. The first incarnation of Nika wouldn't survive and thus would not meet the enraged God of the land. In the second world, the second incarnation of Nika (Joy Boy) would die and not face the God of the land again. The third world is where the current story of One Piece is taking place and it is suggesting that Nika, now Luffy, will meet the God of the land (Emu) and fight once again. In the first world the phrase "would not meet again" was not referring to the God of the land and the serpent and them not meeting again. But each incarnation of Nika and how the outcome of their battle resulted in Nikas death and how they would not meet again. And each world isnt talking about different planetary bodies, but different time periods in which Nika was around and fought with the God of the land. Kinda like how we have A.D. and B.C.. The first world was the world during the time of Nika. The second was the world during the time of Joy Boy. The third is the world currently during Luffys time as the sun god Nika. The Third World story is more of a prophecy than an accounting of historical events like the first and second were.

@turtlehermit6047 i believe the sea kings at the time were foreshadowing that Luffy (Nika) and Shirahoshi (Poseiden) would be born years from then and would meet. Their meeting and allying would be part of/a sign of the dawn of the new world. I don't believe that in the context of the 3 stories of the 3 worlds, that that's what it was referring to.

Humanity was the slaves in the first era. Nika was born along with other df, the redline was built to seperate the blues and the other races so humanity would be on top. The secret era has other races being brought to slavery,joyboy came and sought to free them. With this war the 20 kings worked together to defeat joyboy who wasn't the good guy. My thoughts & opinions of the chapter: 1. With Robin translating the Harley text, perhaps this could help confirm whether the Nika from the Ancient times and/or the one Kuma & Bonney worshiped until now may or may not be what the world will need today. 2. While we still don't know who are the gods of Rain, Forest, and/or Earth at the moment, the Harley text that Robin was reading has undoubtedly confirm that the other Ancient Gods may appear at some point in the final saga. Now the question is whether this will lead to all 4 gods joining forces to defeat this great evil (Imu), or face each other regardless on who is on the right/wrong side of the battles to come!?
