@@ashishbharti9626 Arey nhi nhi. Chimni ka koi effect nhi hoga bhaiya woh bhot dur hai. Agar aisa hota toh Sec-29 mein koi bhi investment nhi karta and na hi hum log advice karte 🙏🏼

Jis rate pe launch hue the aj bhi same rate ya usse saste hi milte hai ye flats. room sizes are too small and supply is much more than their demand. So appreciation nahi hoga.

@@PropertyMind I know but why sector 29 rohini...there are no facilities no cabs come they cancel.. At night not safe, all property dealers run away by 6 pm.
