The farther away we get from the Arizona game, the better I feel about it. I was impressed by the win, and am even more so now. The team clearly had first game jitters, and Allen looked terrified at the start of the game, understandably so. He had a couple of bad decisions, due solely to anxiety. After he loosened up and relaxed a bit, he went from looking like a good but mistake prone QB to the best duel threat QB of all time. The ability of the Bills offense to rally from a strip sack and a terrible call which took away a touchdown, plus a punt return for a touchdown by the Cardinals, is remarkable. Under Ken Dorsey, the Bills lose this game. Instead of going through a Dorsey drag, as they used to do, the Bills offense never stopped firing, and never really faltered. The Cardinals had lots of good plays and played to win, and they deserve respect. They looked like a good team. The fact that the Bills held it together and outplayed them to win the game really says a lot to me about the potential for this team. I did not like the way Joe Brady seemed to force the run game at the end of the game. It was clear that the Cardinals were figuring out and blowing up the run, and Josh Allen doing Josh Allen things saved the team. I also thought that some of Bobby Babich's defensive calls were a bit funky. I think that Sean McDermott should be the play caller, as he is a remarkable defensive schemer. Babich will probably get better, as he did improve throughout the game, but I just trust McDermott a bit more. However, those two are just nit picky observations, and not in any way major concerns. I think that the Bills plan for Miami should be to come out aggressively on offense. This will be a major test for the defense, which is not as talented as it was in week 3 last year. I believe that this defense can be good, but I think that the Dolphins will really challenge the Bills safeties. The defense should, in my opinion, play deep to take away the deep threats, forcing everything to go underneath. Make Tua have to hit some small, tricky throws inside, and really push him to his limits. Throw Greg Rousseau and a healthy Von Miller at him and Tua will make mistakes. I also think that the Bills defensive front has the potential to shut down the Miami run game. Because Miami's run game failed them largely in game one, they will probably try to work on it extensively, giving the Bills a better scheme than they gave Jacksonville. Take the fight to Tua, make him make mistakes. I think that the Bills offense needs to be able to match Miami blow for blow until the defense makes a stop. The biggest advantage that the Bills have against Miami is that they don't fear Miami, having such a good record. That will, in theory, allow the Bills to go in loose and relaxed on their opening drive, maximizing their ability to march down the field and score a touchdown on their opening drive. This is something that the Bills did extremely well against the Dolphins in week three last year. Marched up the field, scored, Miami retaliated, then the Bills came right back and scored again, and again, and again, and again. What determines this game's winner is if the Bills can keep pace with Miami, scoring until Tua makes a mistake or gets taken down by the Bills front. If Miami gets a lead, multi-score lead they can easily run away with it, so it is important to keep pace with them.

Arizona was keying o Kincaid. Anyone can take away Anyone it's what they can do vs the rest. That's why Diggs only attack was a flawed concept once teams realized Davis was not a real threat. I doubt we were willing to lose to Arizona with no guarantee we'd beat Miami. You can't give up on any game for another, sure fire way to miss the playoffs.

Joe I wonder why NFL schedules Buffalo vs Miami the way they do? Would it not be more equitable for them to play early game in Buffalo and later game in Miami. Balancing the "weather " aspect of the game for both teams. Buffalo doesn't want to play in extreme heat anymore than Miami wants to play in extreme cold.

Nothing has changed this team relies 100% on Josh he carries the team on his shoulders. McDermott has not built. I saw a team around him no number one receiver not a dominant running back and defense needs work as well. Just imagine if the Chiefs would have drafted Allen think of the Super Bowls he would’ve won

I agree on the last point with Allen and the SBs in KC, but the rest of it is silly. Every team with a great QB is centered around their skill sets. It'd be malpractice if Allen didn't run in the red zone. He's the best red zone runner of all time. Defense gave up 260 total yards and 4.1 yards per play. Allen completed 18/23 passes to 9 different targets. They ran the ball like 58% of the plays. They have a very good OL in front of him finally. They have drafted weapons early in consecutive drafts. Most of the differences between KC and Buffalo winning/not winning SBs has come down to dumb luck with injuries and overall adversity (2022) since the 13 sec game.

Let's stop calling jalen ramsey a good corner. He got stiff armed on his face and committed blatant pi in the endzone to basically give up a td. He hasnt been able to cover top receivers for a couple years now. He's washed.

Take away Tua's first read and he's complete garbage. That scheme does the heavy lifting. He's carried by his WRs. Very good system QB but they're never sniffing a SB under this current regime. Cap is going to implode. Bunch of declining and oft injured players under huge contracts.
