Ploughing with John Deere 6210R and 6930.

The ploughing is greatly assisted by two Kverneland ploughs of 5 and 4 furrows respectively. Richard Lewis contractors from Whitemill, Carmarthen. Seen on last year's maize ground, it will be noted hat the land has been left a bit rough! I wasn't there, but I presume that lifting the maize was a bit of a game!

Great film, nice to see sun and soil and things moving. Here's hoping for a better campaign this year. Mid-wales has actually "Greened" up a bit this last two days, might even catch Camarthen up at this rate :-)

I have often thought that myself when ploughing - but times have changed from when I used a crawler and a trailed plough and left enough room to avoid having to back at all.

one will need a nice seat while ploughing that field!.Won't be rough for much longer after those boys are finished with it. Maize been planted again Alan? The cold spell is gone and we're now back to the rain, awe well hopefully not to much.
