I would have to place the empty boxes back in the same place they come so you can use it as a decoration or a advent calendar for the following year, the attention to detail is incredible ❤ x

I'm not sure if I'll open it again at Xmas or my other half said he will fill up all the boxes this year instead of waiting until next ♡ thanks for watching

I bought it and yea the price is alot but so are others and your getting all full size items including multiples as well as pallets . No other advent calendar can provide this . Small samples that you can't even buy as they aren't for resell so in all honesty this is worth it for me . Thanks for showing all this 😊😊

That's exactly the same reason I like this and brought it too. I feel that samples are just old stock. And with this one they give you all the shades so it covers all skin tones so it's very inclusive. And great as you can gift people the shades that don't work for you. @arianablum7272 The quality and design is lovely , the lights all work and it just looks magical . Easy to put together , thae batteries a little tricky to open with screw driver so used a steak knife which worked. To get the lights on you double tap the hearts on the front which took me 10 minutes to figure out lol

@arianablum7272 The quality of the makeup is great, but I have to be honest about the train. Mine actually didn't work. i couldn't get the batteries in the last two carriages as it was like glued in there. I had to argue with plouise just to get them to accept a return of the train which took over a week email back and forth, with them not evening, bothering to read my emails properly. What I learnt is their makeup is perfect. I really love it. But their customer service is so bad they really need to sort it out. ♡

It is very expensive. Ans if you watch my video called plpuise drama, it explains the issues I had with this train. Tbh I wish I never got it. The make up is lovely but their customer service is awful and the train well I don't even have the train anymore.

The calendar is super cute. And I appreciate the variety and quality of the items and the packaging that fits with the train theme. Although I love it, I have some notes: IMHO, the palettes don't seem quite as fun as last year's, which had heart-shaped and gingerbread man-shaped pans. This year, no lipstick, serum, liquid eyeliner, perfume or eye cream. The train was a bit fussy to set up and didn't come with instructions. A lot of people had trouble finding the battery compartments, connecting the cars and turning on the lights. It's not easy to manage the teeny tiny screws, unless you can find someone with elfin hands. Luckily, I myself have elfin hands, but it wasn't easy. There are people out there who think their lights don't work, because PLouise was all crickets about telling people how to turn them on. You have to tap TWICE to turn on the light and once to turn off. And it doesn't work to push.

I had issues getting the screws out. I had the correct screw driver, but they seemed glued in, and i couldn't get them out at all. It ended up ruining the screws and i was unable to open 2 of the 3 to even be able to put the batteries in. I sent back the train empty as per their instruction at the end of October, and I haven't received a new one yet. I understand they have received alot of complaint but it seems as per a video i saw from Paige herself that because people keep emailing they are unable to sort anything out, which is a bit frustrating as the video only seemed that she was blaming her customer for the bad customer service. If she is going to blame us for complaining about a bad product, it shows a lot about the owner. Which is a shame as their makeup is amazing. But this issue is becoming very bad. And it seems nothing is being done at all. It completely goes against trading standards.

You guys get so much stuff better in the UK than we do here in America I wanna order the PL train, but it’s quite expensive to come here I use the darker eyeshadow base to put underneath my eyeshadow to make it pop more or if you’re putting a dual chrome over it they she does the best Avent calendar in the whole world

It's so funny how different perspectives are. As I'm living in the uk, i kinda feel the opposite. The US seems to get more products right away, like the new nyx primer. I want to try it so much, but you can't get it. plus you can get jeffree Star cosmetics without the big sshipping cost, or even go to a store if you live close. even silly things like takis. They cost almost £8 here for a big bag. Although I have heard that the delivery for plouise is quite expensive to send over and it's not like you could come here and bring it back as the train is quite big. Maybe one day they will have a store in the US to make it cheaper for you over there. ♡♡♡

I just opened two more advents and made videos to post this week. Plouise was so much better. I also unboxed the John Lewis advent. Which is actually very good for beauty skin care products, and was cheaper than PLoiuse with a much higher value being worth £900.

Tbh my train was broken and doesn't light up and their customer service team are so bad. All the offered me was tape to fix it and told me I am unable to return it. Even though it doesn't even light up. I doubt I'll ever buy from them again. If that's how their customer service treat their customers, it goes against everything they apparently stand for about trying to make their customer happy. So you may be able to get a train but it might not even work ♡

I am in the process of messaging them, although its a battle. I swear they don't even read the emails. My first email to them explained it wasn't working and that I had tried to get the batteries in but the screws were not coming out so they replied to me saying about missing items. So i emailed them again explaining the problems, and now the last email I got from them was them telling me that it doesn't come with batteries and I need to buy them... so again, I have explained the issue. I'm waiting for their reply. It's REALLY frustrating as they should just replace the broken carriages. Oh and they offered me tape to fix the broken lids on the box 😂 tbh I'm not happy about it but waiting for a decent reply. If not I will be making and posting another video based on my experience. If only they actually read the emails sent, it would save alot of time

@@WhatTheFuzzzzz Oh my god that is not good at all. I wasn't going to buy this calendar but caved in last week as my daughter wants it on show blah blah. If mine comes damaged (last years castle was damaged and crumpled at the top) I think I will probably return it. They have to understand that if they do packaging to sell the calendar in the first place that it needs to be in good order as otherwise why would someone pay £240! Especially when you have harrods calendar that is only £10 more AND worth well over £1,000. Their packaging may not be as 'cute' but it is still stunning and mine arrived in perfect condition. I hope you get it sorted and I am now dreading mine arriving. Oh and are they serious that we need to buy the batteries ourselves??!!

@cathfoley9240 I finally got a decent answer from plouise regarding the box. But wow, their customer service is awful. I had to literally argue with them. Especially after they told me that since I had used the products I couldn't return it. As they wanted to me send the whole thing back. I then went on to tell them I would go in to store with the train and video them trying to fix it. And I would record that to make a video. They have now sent me a link to be able to return the empty train and get a new one. So still not quite over but almost there. Have you received your one yet? ♡

I believe you will open it from 1 - 25, which is for the days of the calendar starting on the 1st Dec. So each day represents the dates. ♡ plus my ocd wouldn't allow me to open it on the 25th first 😂 but I suppose you could open it in any order if you really wanted to ♡

I have a trick for my blush that you might like ♡ and that blush was the liquid plouise blush, the cheek of it in shade "princess treatment," but I use the tiniest amount ♡ it will be my first ever grwm video too. I don't think I'm that good at doing make up tbh. I'm no MUA and I can't do eyeshadow very well. But I suppose atleast that means what I do is easy to replicate 😆

@txsgreen714 I'm a real creature of habit. i always do a similar makeup look. Nothing too full on. I can wear it at work and when I go out. All I have to do is add a little eye liner / eyeshadow and lashes to make it a little bit more glam if I want to, but honestly, I can never be bothered 😆

Advent calendar’s traditionally had chocolate in them before companies started making them for their products - I can’t believe that needed explaining. Secondly, It’s 2024 - lots of guys use makeup & it’s extremely sad that you’re too narrow minded to have that attitude. That’s like me replying back to a girls comment on a video about cars saying ‘what do you care? You’re a girl.’ Seems ridiculous doesn’t it? & I would never do that. I know what you mean about the different shaped pans. I have a blush and bronzer pallette that have heart-shaped pans. It looks pretty, but it doesn't work so great. Gladly, these ones have square pans. You should try them One day, their mystery boxes are quite worth it, especially the 30£ ones. But you might end up with the heart-shaped pans 😆

I would be careful eating the products though as you don’t know what chemicals are in them….please be aware x

@lisagreenway8410 rest assured that all products that were tasted were lip products, and the lip scrubs were eaten by paige herself during the live festival there main ingredient is sugar 😆 but thank you. ♡♡♡♡

I think this is quite a biased review, seems like P Louise can do no wrong in your eyes which makes the review difficult to watch as a person looking to purchase and seeking an honest review of pros and cons. You will barely touch on something negative and then excuse it quickly and move on as though it doesn't matter because you 'love it anyway'. That's not informative
