Plovdiv Bulgaria is one of our favorite destinations in Europe. You will be amazed at the 2000-year-old Roman ruins that we will show you. We saw them in person, and we are still amazed at how well preserved they are!
Plovdiv is such a beautiful and underrated city, follow along with us and see for yourself. In this video we will show you the 2000-year-old amphitheater of Philippopolis, that sits on a hill in Old Town and is still in use to this day. You'll see the Ruins of the Ancient Stadium of Philippopolis, including some of the most interesting ones we've ever seen, UNDER the modern city of Plovdiv. We'll show you the West Forum, which is where the citizens of the Ancient City would go to the library and would go shopping. Amazingly still intact!
Plovdiv, Bulgaria is an amazing place to visit and we recommend it to anyone interested in seeing a really amazing city and some phenomenal 2000-year-old ruins!
