Plowing with a 2003 Kawasaki Prairie 360

Hey brother, have one of these myself- I have this annoyance with a rattling sound. It occurs when I touch the gas up until I’m reaching a decent speed and it stops again.. but that middle mph in between 5-15 maybe? that we go most of the time- that’s when it’s at it’s worse. Loud as hell. Sounds like it’s coming from the bottom left side... any issues like this? Know what I’m talking about? Thanks for the video.

This guy won’t answer you but it sounds like it could be your version of a drive shaft u joint. It would only make noise at that speed because the most strain is when you accelerate.

Hello, I just picked up a 2007 Prairie 360 and am looking to get the winch and plow from my old 4-wheeler set up on this beast. I lucked out, it's a garage stored, 6 year old, brand new machine basically. I am wondering if there's any chance you could email me a couple pics of how your plow and winch is mounted. I found one winch mount plate that isn't too spendy, might get that, but to buy a plow mount only to have to modify it or my plow just doesn't seem right, not for a flat piece of steel with some holes and a few u-bolts. I have access to tools, steel, and a welder, so I think I might have a go at it myself before I fork out $70 a piece for the two mounts. Any input would be great! Thanks for the video. Isaiah

@@junesandlin5741 I'm not sure what you're asking... I ended up mounting up the plow, just made a plate that the plow bolts up to,and that plate fits into the bottom of the 4 wheeler frame, with like 8 u-bolts... 2 large bolts secure the plow to the plate... I have used the plow with simple and cheap motorcycle straps to hold it up, the non-ratcheting type... I have to get off to raise and lower the plow, but I am able to plow my approximately 200yd long driveway and the areas I plow at the top of our hill without too much issue and without having to lift the plow more than 8 or 10 times,so I have yet to end up putting a winch onto this wheeler... it is usedmostly for plowing only, and has been a great machine for a handful of years so far... If u are wanting to know more, feel free to ask...
