As a transplant from the Midwest I never heard of ployes until I moved to Maine 2 years ago. Bouchard's mix is easily available here, so I'm giving ployes a try today.

I just made oatmeal and blueberry pancakes, then had an epiphany. Why not oatmeal/ploy burritos? I never thought of using it for meat! Avoiding excess calories (toast/pancake alternative) is going to be so much easier ty!
