Set the focus on manual and mark the spot on the table for the items to keep in focus.

Interesting comparison. Wouldn't the smaller and lighter BH40 have been a better match for the Arca-Swiss in size and weight terms?

Doesn't the right stuff come with mounting plate ?

It's been some time since I made the purchase, but if I remember correctly, I believe that the mounting plate is a separate purchase. Love this ball-head, just a bit heavy though...

Really Right Stuff mounting plates are camera-specific and so by definition the ballhead comes without and you buy them separately.

You can hear the stepping motor on the camera throughout the entire video every time it tries to re-rack focus. Otherwise great video man. Research better audio though. You're probably using the camera's mic which is horrid. Also from what i've heard the P0 works a lot better with some weight added to it.

why didn't you lock focus? Why didn't you list the bracket info in the description. Why didn't you test fit it, to show how it fits?
