Just to clear up a little, Hori's cold glare moment is because all those girls were paying attention to Miyamura only now that he cut his hair and they thought he was cute now. That and they were moving in on her man.

to me, the entire "you don't make any moves on me" is Hori's way of doing reverse psychology to get Miya to kiss her again after the candy scene but she was just too shy and couldn't say it directly
