AC! Great podcast. I love your perspective and you communicate very well. Please make these a regular thing as it would jump to the top of my listen list each week.

About 35 minutes in, give or take, y'all were talking about contracts and how much the top guys were making. Next show if you could talk about teams taking out insurance policies on their guys championship and race bonuses... I had heard that when Dungey was in his last year with KTM that Suzuki still owed him money from his insane rookie year on a 450 at Suzuki, and was part of the reason they were having financial trouble, which i don't actually totally believe. So, the teams take out these Lloyds of Londons policies to cover paying out the bonuses. Suzuki didnt think Dungey would win in his rookie year, so they decided against it. Dungey went on to win win 7 supercrosses and 10 outdoor races and both titles and was owed about 4 million in bonus money. Not sure how it ever was resolved but maybe they settled on a figure.

I swear Kenny is one of those guys who would've won alot more races if he was more aggressive with the other riders. Not Bam Bam aggressive lol, but not as polite as he is. I respect the hell out of a guy who can race clean and win, but if it meant Kenny could stack a few more wins then I say "take a B out!" 😂😂😂 Love the pod AC and hope all is well with u, thanks for the eps ✌️

I remember watching my Dad race at Glen Helen in the early 70's there was a guy racing with his junk hanging out! What are the chances to see that again? Well some 50 odd years later I saw it again, even though I wasn't in Detroit in person.

Love the show, the insight, keep them coming. Maybe more insight to things like the relationship/role of mechanics, trainers and/or people that work with riders on a daily or weekly basis. Also get some guest speakers out of the privateer guys and share some of their stories and routines or struggles financially and logically. Thanks again!

Could you talk more about your shoulder surgeries and your recovery? I’ve had latarjet surgery on the right in the last year and I’ll have my second latarjet this summer on my left shoulder. What has recovery been like and do you have any limitations from them?

Deegans like the banter their making it a show like Brian did in freestyle other riders just need to join in and have fun with it. And AC what about xc gear bar mounts have you tried them ?

Your 27 take a year the rest of this year and get what you need done. Come back when you are 28 and get 3 good strong years. It seems like you are rushing your recovery. You have the speed and the will to do it.

I would have rooted for Forkner, but after his comment bashing Jett saying come on man tf up for being upset and crying when Jett clipped a tuff block and caused Forkner to break his collar bone , I've lost all respect for the dude. What kind of person would rip on someone for being upset about injuring someone?
