In this world, people seem to only work on incentive. Jalango is minimally incentivised to speak for these guys, there is very little for him to gain now that he's a politician. He has more influence but influence is a limited resource and Jalango would rather spend it on improving his own standing instead of helping them out. Hawa wasanii should start building associations to guarantee their fair dues and benefits. Hizo associations could grow very powerful, even politically, such that they don't need people like Jalango to speak for them.

You know what tuambiane ukweli, ubaya ya film industry ya kenya 1. Kenyans consider themselves to be the the best, so juu ya kiburi they don't try to learn from other film makers around Africa. 2. There's no diversity in on screen, every new Kenyan film it's always the same faces we are used to which is quite boring. 3. No inclusive creative team and it shows in the final work and in the credits. One man shows don't work for writers in great films, writers block happens and eventually it will flop. 4. Kenyan actors and actresses (local) care more about their own personal branding than their acting careers that's why many of them don't have range and their acting is simply average. If you watch a South African series today you can't watch a Kenyan one the same. The level of skill and talent, from production, sound to acting and writing screams best quality. Those people are not playing. That is why many A list actors from Africa in Hollywood come from S.A
