I feel like too many Kenyan parents put the burden of too MANY responsibilities upon their children -firstborns especially girls -taking care of the family on their behalf which leads them to very harsh life conditions trying their best for their family & they also have responsibilities of their own and this puts them in an extremely hard and dark life which they bear in silence for their families and I feel they shouldn't and it's very unfair.

We can't blame parents, ...once, our teacher told us that we are poor because we are poor. Most families in Kenya are poor, when their kids grow up in such, they want to try and help back home which is absolutely the right thing to do. Poor kids lack funds to further their education and exposure hence end up this way.. it's life.. it's sad for all the poor families, though still several try harder and break the ⭕ of poverty

There is joy to having and bringing up kids even in a poor situation..Having good life is not defined by how much you have..some of the poorest are very happy . Now, about this, there's alot to it.. Kenya as a country has alot of potential kids from poor families, given a chance they'de make a change..public schools and hospitals should be accessed freely to break the circle.. our leaders have made it harder for the less privileged by eating them up. Meanwhile, saidia mama na baba ama babu, whoever you found as guardian..there is no other way to a happy life than that of supporting them.
