Hi America I also do 7 star mantis but the lee kam wing style but I must say it is virtually the same from forms I have seen from you I have about 18 hand forms left from my training which started 20 years ago I did go for a while in the system and have lost a few forms over the years but I still practice forms drills stances and light conditioning with my 18 remaining hand forms could you please at some time show me your version of tong long chor done quan forgive spelling ...plus I've heard tong long Chen is a early form but I have never seen that one do you know of it....would appreciate a reply.

@@camartialarts ok again thanks...someone was saying bout tong long Chen on Taiwan mantis which is apparently very 7 star also but that's Wat made me wonder ...as southern mantis is also very very different Sam bo ginn.good different form.

​@@heavenhell5909"tong long chen" is a recently created form. I learn mantis kungfu in Taiwan. Mostly the longfist mantis guys practice that form. If you are interested in Taiwan mantis you can look up Shi Zheng Zhong who teaches in Tainan Taiwan.
