Im from Barbados and we definitely don't eat it that way lol. We just eat them with salt. I am doing a video on the types of plums and id like to mention you channel and link it for those who want to see how Trinis use it.

Hey! It really depends on the green seasoning and how long before it was made... sometimes the chadon beni can go bad in it....so I usually keep mine in the fridge just to be safe...
