Sir. A very good and informative video. A small query. In the plum pudding model you have shown electrons embedded and surrounded by positive charge. In case of "Hydrogen atom" you have shown a single negative charge and many positive charges embedded inside the atom. Is the diagram right? My query is because the number of electrons and protons are similar(electrically neutral) .

sir there is a doubt ..please clarify it ...according to my search when jj thomson put forward his model neutrons were not discovered ...so how could he mention it ...and also neutrons were not yet discovered when rutherford put forward his model

Yes Monika..your observations are right. Neutrons were discovered in 1932 and Plum pudding model was proposed in 1898.

sir there is a query please clarify it asap... sir according to the books and researches neutrons were not discovered at that time when sir J J Thomson put forward his model.. the neutrons were discovered in the year 1932 and this model was proposed in 1898.. so how could J J Thomson mention neutron in his atomic model... waiting for a quick reply sir
