I recently bought this, and this is my first ever niacinamide on face.... I wash my face with plum tea tree face wash, on a slightly damp face I spray this toner and then apply pilgrim aloe vera gel ... but after applying the toner, my skin burns a little bit , a little... should I continue using it? I don't see any redness or breakouts, just a slight burn just after applying .... And also it my routine ok?

I recommend no. The highest concentration of Niacinamide that should be applied to your skin at a time is 10% so it'd be better if you don't combine them!
