On a sunday a few weeks ago after church, as I was walking to the subway, I felt overwhelmingly not OK. As I prayed silently, the words "it's OK to not be OK" came to my mind. I thought that was a pretty powerful statement and someone should write a song about it. A day later, as I listened to K-LOVE, Plumb's interview came about this song came on, I felt so blessed and at the same time amazed how God uses her music, and Christian music in general, to connect with us. I wasn't sure if I had heard Exhale before, but I had never consciously listened to the lyrics until that point. Thank you God, thank you Plumb!

When I heard this song "Exhale" from the music artist Plumb, it spoke to me in such a way that it nearly brought me to tears. I can't get enough of this song. Plumb, is a blessing to anyone who listens to this song. I have been a Christian since I was 8 years old. I have listened to a lot of Gospel music. But this one in my opinion is a number one hit. This song really touched me. I realized that I really do need to let go of something and hold onto God completely. What ever it would be that a person is holding onto, that is considered an idol. It causes a person to get into idolatry, meaning having difficulty allowing God to step in and take over, instead of the person doing it in their own will and power... God is more than enough. Amen

i listened to this on the radio when it first came out. I grew up really poor and i struggled alot through the years, i was only around 10 years old atleast. I stayed awake and often had a hard time sleeping over my parents arguing. I listened to the radio and your song was one of the first that i heard. It really inspired me and i wish i was able to see you live!

There is something special about her. Saw her once in concert and I was like "Who is that?"She immediately got through to me (which isn't easy) and her voice sounds just like this....phenomenal. I'm not that big of a Christian music fan, but my wife is. I've been to a few Christian concerts with her now including last night's "Hits Deep" tour with Toby Mac in Phoenix. The concert was incredible. The talent level was insane. Jordan Feliz, Tauren Wells and Toby Mac nailed it. Christian music has come a long way.
