That’s a really good job Todd, most plumbers wouldn’t go to those lengths, the pipes would end up running on the surface and needing boxing in

Lovely pipework! not sure I would call it a dream job though with all that chasing, that is some graft! Just wondered the benefit of separate returns for upstairs and downstairs. I have only ever Fitted a common return. Is it to stop unwanted circulation in zones that are off?

Very neat pipework with bends and sets all matching - lots of hard work. Why didn't you use plastic pipework which could have avoided all the bending and soldering!!

Decent job fella , my only question is the expansion of all that pipework once the system is up to temp and in the solid floor with it being screeded in. We've all been called to joints that have been compromised in solid floors & there is a lot of pipework also & straight runs where that copper will expand quite a bit through its natural process upon being heated. Last thing you want after all that hard work and quality installation is getting a call that through expansion contraction process over time and pressures dropping ! Out of interest did they not want drops to the rads and was it because of aesthetics . You remind me of myself when I was your age 30 years ago with all your marking of the pipes and what they are and how yiu should try and avoid up & over sections of pipework to eliminate air pockets. Looking forward ti the next installment 👍
