Very nice case Dr Salian 💐💐.. Plumbum is found only with feigning and not with pretending or simulation, latter two are better understood with veratrum album and Apis respectively .... Feigning has more subconscious element while pretending is grossly a conscious action for overt and sustained false appearances ..while simulation of Apis has deliberate display of imitation of heightened joyous state ..Plumbum can't accept loss of power and position in old ages that subconsciously they develop pathologies of extensor muscles (the muscles which allows going away from center or self ) and become selfish self indulgent and materialistic.. Thankyou so much for putting beautiful case analysis.Thanks to all girls for making plumbum met study live and easy .💐💐💐💐

Very nicely explained.... Recollected Anita maam ' s case of plumbum presented in Mldmhi u tube where she explained nicely two rubrics i.e Delusion machine she is. Delusion she is doing ordinary work. Thank u once again
