This was during the height of the Rave scene in South Florida(Orlando/Tampa/JAX also)right before they started shutting down places(RIP Studio 183). It was amazing what you could get away with back then even with the Cops working at a lot of the venues. I couldn't believe they had no clue inhaling Nitrous Oxide with big balloons wasn't a bad thing?? Glad I was able to experience that time period b/c I don't see things ever getting that relaxed again in SFLA or FL period for that matter! And no Molly isn't even close to the same as the beans/rolls that were flooding the market. Back then it was all about the dirtier the bean the better time you had, although the next day was def a recovery day! Think that's why these certain songs still have so much meaning as they were associated with such great times! Oh and who could forget about the legendary DJ Icey, Baby Anne, Tony Faline, etc.(Although Icey was my favorite!).

I just went to The Turkey roll in Tampa, Florida the night before Thanksgiving..DJ Santana & DJ Chris Craze were the DJs and this got dropped while I was rollerskating... My boyfriend is also a Breaks DJ who drops this track for me on a regular... I think you're both right. May be, but I since after ten hours in the FL sun hauling concrete, the last thing I wanted to do was go party, I remember that radio broadcasts from the club credited this to Plummet. Could just be a moniker for the remixer; after all, I knew people who liked ATC and none had any idea, unless they were or also hung out with Russians, that ATC's one hit was originally Ruki Vverh's song. I think radio crediting original artists, particularly in the case of remixes, greatly improved a few years after this, with DJs more likely to say that some song was a Kaskade or whoever *remix.* But this was credited to Plummet on the radio, which may also be where OP knows this from--note "Florida *Airwaves*" in the title.
