I’m watching this with two fractured arms and from the moment I broke them my mantra has been my bones and body are healing in miraculous ways ! I tell my arms how much I love them , as they saved me from landing face first onto a road .... the gratitude I have for my body is immense ... our capacity to heal both physically and emotionally is incredible ... I’ve accepted the situation and have surrendered into the process and I’ve found deep happiness and peace .... this hasn’t been a ‘bad’ experience .... it’s given me the time to dive deep within and pause !

you may feel suffering all day. but with all that weighing down your mind and body all you need to do is rest. before you do anything, first be still and let your body heal. move your body slowly when possible. and creat and enjoy a moment where you are not thinking about your pain, you are not provoking it, you are not imprisoned in it or your body, it is temporary. our bodys suffering is a quaking mess. but you are pure bliss when you remove the suffering.

Have listen to healing now the third time by dear Thay. I listen to Thay more or less every day ❤️. He gives me strength and less pain. I am Catholic since 17 years. Before Lutheran and now since I started to listen and reading more and more mindfulness and Zen. I’m so extremely great full to be in contact with Plum Village and Thay. Still sad that I didn’t do it earlier. Must try/learn to live here and now in particular for my health problems that worries my a lot. Bless you all Monks and Nuns at Plum Village and Holy Spirit that took me here. If I get well and get my strength back I will come to Plum Village. Thanks dear Thich Nath Hanh ❤

I just found you Thich Nhat Hanh and I am grateful for you. In the past I focused on myself, my career, my son and worldly possessions until I unintentionally became my mother's sole nursemaid caring for her around the clock as she suffered from Alzheimer. When she passed away, after a few years I recognized the change in me. What I thought was most important pales in comparison. I instinctively feel and express more compassion and empathy for others. And, when that happens I feel a sense of inner healing, peace and enlightenment. I know from personal experience that your compassionate teaching is true, honest and pure. I will pray for your health and healing. Thank you for sharing your light of wisdom.

Who are you and what is the meaning of life? Two questions that I constantly ask myself. The first question as I understand emptiness that there is no such thing as self meaning nothing exists by itself within itself that there is no such thing as independent as we are hopeless interdependant and interconnected. So like the Holy Bible states and the purpose of a Buddha is to help sentient beings from suffering and the Holy Bible teaches Us that we're our brothers keeper. So the meaning of life is to do God's divine will. That's what I figure so far. This is all . . .

Yes we are human beings not human runnings 😍. It is natural for us to just be and the awakening is the end of suffering. Because the suffering becomes your best friend when you realize it was you who put the label on it that it is bad or unpleasant. Only mind taking over there. You can sit and feel pain and have a empty head. And the pain is no longer pain but just something the body feels and you can find emotions raising and you watch the emotions as awareness. And you don’t try to make it go away. And it will go away. I loved this video, same what Eckhart Tolle is teaching, all teachers so needed in this planet. And all of us awakening to our true nature. Suffering can be such an great tool for being to awaken so when the suffering comes thank it even if you don’t know yet what it has to offer to you ❤️❤️

I never heard such simple, straightforward yet profoundly helpful words as in this video. I once attended a Buddhist meeting and didn't much like it. Walking home at night, there was a full moon. I 'saw' with apparently inner vision, very large snowflakes slowly descending. At the same time I became conscious of something I can only describe as 'cosmic compassion'. It was compassion but not as we know it, and indescribable in human terms. I thought of the words by Shakespeare: "The quality of mercy is not strained, It droppeth as the gentle rain from heaven . . . . " Thank you, Plum Village.

Imagine that :D But leaders of all countries might have to do things they deep inside don't want to but it's a necessary . I believe we humans have different roll to society, friends and peoplle you meet. Some have others. Like soilders that protect their country, not everyone should do it. A president that really has strong compassion and love would be great. To be more peaceful and not fighting each other.
