It’s like she was intentionally trying to make things awkward. My problem is when influencers say they work super hard, meanwhile that work consists of scrolling on instagram. Maybe it could be considered work, but it’s not that hard to do and they should stop making it seem like it is. Also I love grace 😭.

Let's not bullshit about what goes on in actual work either, talking about office setting work. It's barely any different than scrolling on instagram a lot of the time, except replace instagram with company proprietary software. A ton of companies waste up to 40% of their employee's time on meaningless bullshit tasks and so most people end up bullshitting a good half of their hours away anyway.

@@Sephiroso. but in general, those jobs are more demanding and require much more(ie. physical exhaustion, higher education etc). Comparing being an influencer to being an attorney, or someone in a blue collar job seems strange to me. I don’t have a problem with influencers, I just think they need to get real.
