Yeah, without a doubt, there is some funny business going on there. This arcade is in a huge tourist area in Osaka, Japan. Most tourists play a few times since it moves a lot initially. Then they give up a few plays later. The staff then reset the game, and it cycles again and again. Too bad for that arcade, because we don't give up so easily!
