Some of the games on that list seemed a bit sus to me, but it tracks to what they showed at E3 2003. Geist was shown there, even though it was delayed a bunch before release. Giftpia was shown, but never officially announced for NA or Europe. Star Fox Assault was also shown, but didn't have a title yet, so it was just the sequel game.
