Delores Cannon, the 3 waves. I recall 1987 being a pivotal shift, I was only 14 but it was the year I knew about the extraterrestrials. Synchronicity around that Discernment card, it was just 2 hours ago while I was eating supper I had that reminder about going within to gain discernment instead of looking external. As a nurse I have to do my own research. I’ve Been taking 1000 mg liposomal lactoferrin (had never heard of it before) and it’s anti inflammatory, anti viral, anti bacterial, anti fungal, etc. I believe it’s what’s helped the most with my issue . Trial and error for everyone .
