Let me guess the sister wakes up finds out her husband is dead and then try’s to get back with may and may notices the difference in personalities and when she finds out that is the other twin that has been with her the whole time is hurt that she wasn’t told the truth and that the reason the twin that was with was because married twin wanted to break up with her and may goes alway and comes back with her eyesight restored and then proceeds to become mean and aggressive towards the twins and at the end forgives the twin she was with and they fall in love and get married as for the twin who was in a coma she now hate older twin and does everything possible to break the older twin and may but never happens and she is left a lone or ends up with the best friend
