Oh wow everything makes sense now... I have Pluto in the 12th house and have just two days ago noticed how I've been conditioned to always feel guilty for everything I do or feel (thanks to past trauma) and how much this affects my self esteem. This is such a helpful video! When you say "Pluto retrograding through" a certain house, does that correlate to the house where Pluto resides in your natal chart or the house where you have the sign Pluto is currently retrograde in? I have Pluto in the 7th house, but it's currently retrograde in Capricorn (which is the sign of my 10th house). I feel like both my 7th and 10th houses are being hit by this energy but I want to be sure I'm understanding the video correctly.

More emphasis on the effect of the transiting Pluto, but depending on the aspect it makes in your chart it might be activating your natal Pluto as well.

Not a stupid question at all. You want to pull a natal x transit chart (link in description box) and look for either where Capricorn falls in your chart or more precisely the transiting Pluto symbol on the outer circle of the chart (will be orange).
