I like that the incline puts you close to the ground so it’s less risky and maybe easier to get into position with heavy dumbbells.

I know this is more complicated than you were trying to go with this project and probably not worth the effort, but looks like you could pretty easily make it stay in one piece during the transition by adding a channel to the long bar of the smaller trapezoid and allowing the connection between to slide along that channel with a wheel or something. To transition from flat to incline, just lift the smaller trapezoid from the far end, flip it up like 140 degrees, slide it along to the end of the channel then set it flat. seems like it would be perfectly stable in the incline position. Maybe in the flat position could use some spring-loaded bolts though. Anyway, great project! I'd like to try it out someday

Someone mentioned propping their legs against a vertical wall to achieve supported inversion, as an effective treatment for certain kinds of muscle pain. Seems like it might be straightforward to add that type of function to this system, maybe with the larger pad on the floor and the smaller pad at the end of the longer frame.

I'm a bit confused - is this a 'how to' with plans channel, or entertainment only? I keep checking the website for plans, as I'd like to make some of the home gym equipment, but think I'm misunderstanding the purpose of the channel?!? Looks great, would be nice to be able to also make it ;)

thank you for the observation. I used to prefer slower deliberate videos but they tend to have lower view duration which then lowers their reach. For this recent plywood gym series I feel like I am still in the working prototype phase so I haven't shared plans and detailed step by steps yet. I think I will use this for a while and then come up with an update that has plans.
