Why do managers who have done atrocious jobs in the past still get mentioned as candidates every time a new position comes up ? Neil Lennon is a terrible manager as was Super Ali at the other side of the city but at least he knows it and sticks to tv punditry.

Lennon did a great job at celtic both times came in with no managerial background. Brought up players for pennies sold them on for millions continued giving them title after title. Then brought back again when the players are shocked Rodgers left. Picked them up went again and done the job that was asked win the league.. then there's hibs went into a club that was terrible and did well with them also.
