IF a person rejects CAB then the person is against minorities from Pakistan, Bangladesh and Afghanistan who were people who got stuck during partition. The partition idea maker Iqbal created this new nation basis of religion that is Islam. Most of the Hindus, sikhs and other minorities were the hostage population. Trains stopped around 1950s. That means present muslims and few hindus dont want the perscuted Minorities. Preamble of securalism came after 1975 after emergency. This was anti- constitional then.Articles 14 to 21 cannot diminish CAB. refer some of the imminent Advocates Say for example for you understanding once u remove minorites and put people in CAB. IT becomes persecuted people in islamic countries in Pakistan, Bangladesh and Afganistan. Minorities cannot be challenged. But others can be challenged example Balouchis are tortured in Pakistan, then it means India is getting in internal matters of Muslim Country. Balochi guys are trying to get assslum but they are been refrained by Indian Government. If you check their history, Maulana Azad refrained Balauchis to be part of India, as he did not consider them that pacca muslims and it seems they very far. Second people like Taslima Nasreen who can be persecuted in Bangladesh because of her writing - her famous book "Lazza.". India gave her assylum, Muslims organisation gave her fatwah in India. She stays in India but she is Swedish citizen. So you still think. Persecuted Muslims should be added in Act. Balocuhi and people like Taslima Nazreen. Can the Indian muslims stop giving fatwas. People from Pakistan origin can still come to India like Adnan Sami, to settle in India it takes 15 to 18 years. U think people like Fawad the actor wants to settle in India. There was a terrorist attack , they do not wanted to even condemn it. Well Indian and Pakistan meet outside very cordially. That is a fact. And believe me its always food. This is political ploy. Well the problem is Muslims in India rejects CAB today and in 1940s gave 90% to Muslim league ( in a separate electorate ) to form a separate country. It is ironic, the muslims who weent to Pakistan now wants to come back. They won't. IF we give assylum to Balouchi, entire the strategy changes. And if balouchis would be allowed in huge numbers that it means it is war with Pakistan. Refer 1971 East pakistan. I do not think India wants a full fledged war. But I think India will have to take balochis if iran does not take them. Remember Tibetan. They have a passport and each year they will renew their stay in India. There is lot to foreign affairs. Balouchi was a Independent country before 1947. Pakistan took it away from them. Only difference after 1962 defence strategy has changed. Pakistan will hit back if balouchis are given assylum. Full fledged War become evident. There is danger with a single story. In short writing a act of a muslim being persecuted in indian act will take a lot of time. Defence strategy will have to be in place to do such thing.

Why nehru imposed IAS control of temples but not for mosque and churches why nehru give up chabahar port rights when oman offered them to India why Nehru did not take permission from parliament majority to introduce article 370, 35A why nehru closed all arms and ammunition factories in India. why nehru was saying he will resign if constitution directive principle on beef ban is implemented but same time he promised gandhi that he would implement beef ban Despite Punjab being a sikh country, Why 80% of votes from punjab in the provisional elections went to Muslim league which resulted in 80% of land punjab going to Pakistan. Why only 2 states, punjab and Bengal voted for muslim league in large majority. why Nehru never asked for independence in any document with british, between 1925 to 1947, all his letters to British only seek dominion status under british empire. By 1752 the Mughals were completely kicked out of India by the Marasthas but still British offered the most precious historic hindu and pious sikhs land to make Pakistan. Why Nehru could not say you took from the muslims you have to give full India back to the hindus. If muslims were only 8-9 percent population then why did British reserve 30% of the provinces for Muslims during the provisional elections of 1946. This means only muslims or muslim league candidates could win in the 30% reserved provinces. Isnt this the reason for 30% land of India being given to Pakistan cause Muslims won 30% reserved seats. Wasnt this a conspiracy against the hindus. When India was offered UN security council seat why did he refuse and instead offered it to china. Why Nehru was unhappy about operation polo by sardar patel Why the 1st corruption scandal started against Nehru govt in purchase of army jeeps. Why indira added the word secular in the constitution during emergency without consensus of parliament, when the country was created a hindu country at the time of creation by the british. When the partition was to make pakistan for muslims and India for hindus then why the hindu state was made into a secular state who authorized Nehru family to do this, Imran khan claims he want to make pakistan tolerant, then why even after his govt came to power sikhs in Pakistan are being forced to convert to Islam. why congress spied on subhash chandra bose family for 2 decades even after independence. In the provisional elections NWFP voted against Muslim league why did Nehru ignore Abdul Ghaffar khan who wanted to join India, why for NWFP repeat referendum was required and NWFP made part of Pakistan with rigged elections.And why after partition Abdul ghaffar khan was jailed 10 years in Pakistan. Why CIA supported the Khalistan movement, why all Khalistanis found refuge in UK, Canada and USA. Why Nehru lied to India that constitution of India was written by Baba Saheb Ambedkar, when in fact it was given by the British to Nehru who then modified the article 27-32 and given to Ambedkar for review. This is why Majority hindus till date dont have same rights as Minority Indians to teach own religion is schools, and manage own religious places like the minorities, why IAS officers are in control of majority temples in India. Why funds of temples can be taken by govt for taken for minority development Why congress party workers who were involved in 1984 sikh riots were not jailed until Modi came to power. Why Kamal nath was made CM of Madhya Pradesh by congress party despite being responsible for sikh killings. Why Jinnah was offered Knight hood in 1925 by the British empire. Why are you denying when all the possibilities point out that Nehru, Jinnah were British agents. Why the Cripps commission, the Nehru act, the independence act of India are only saying dominion status under the British. Are we still funding the British queens expenses. Why is India part of the common wealth., what is the implications of this membership. Why did many of the news papers in 1947 state two dominions are born. Why did british give away the birth place of Hinduism , Birth place of Sikh religion to the muslims. Why even after 10 years of independence all the army generals in pakistan army were British. Were these army generals involved in attacks on India. Why after death of Lal Bahadur shastri all the defence contracts went to Russians. Why communist party of India did not allow air force to attack china. Why the members of communist party of India refused to give blood to the soldiers of India in 1962 war with china. Why congress party wants to prove saffron terrorism, why is Lt Purohit in Jail for last 10 years. Is there a congress conspiracy in his being jailed for so long. Why abdul ghaffar khan told Nehru you fed us to the dogs when the pashtoons stood shoulder to shoulder with the congress and hindus to for a united hindustan.
