Thank you for the tips. I am just starting the Google project manager course and from what you were talking about on the video I feel like I am kind of in the same situation the person you were talking about visiting. My background is in customer service and customer facing roles. Most of the time it was helping deal with what they had but the rest of the time I was doing other management role duties to make sure everything was fine properly.

Feels so hard to get out of customer service :\ And for me personally, I did not do any project coordinator stuff alongside my normal customer support duties. And the project coordinator roles i find usually require 2 or 3 years of experience.. Same with the project administrator roles.

That's tough Lisa! I'll try to find a way to share a view of the resume to make it easier to read. Is there anything from your customer support duties that overlap with project coordinator skills? Sometimes it's more about being able to explain how your existing skills would be applicable to a new role, even in a different field.
