As a former US Army enlisted, and finally an NCO, I'd say that the class needs to learn now to do this all together. there is a lack of everyone doing it at the same time, too much time, and wasted energy in command orders. Maybe I'm not qualified by your own Army, but as a Filipino who went through US Army training in the late 1960-71, and spent another 20 years as an NCO, I'd say that what I'm seeing is a lack of everyone doing the same thing together. But hey, I'm filipino, and I get to speak my mind....

Nasa cadette 3rd class pa sila ibig sabihin 2nd year pa sila sa academy galing plebo baguhan pa sila kaya ganun subukan mo panoorin yung mga cadette na seniors na makikita mo
